If you upload an image to Dr. Vital (for example, a photo of a symptom), you confirm that:

You have the right to share that image
The image does not contain inappropriate content (nudity beyond what is medically relevant, illegal content, or content involving minors in a non-medical context)
You understand that the image will be processed by Anthropic's Claude AI and is subject to Anthropic's terms and privacy policy
You understand that AI image analysis cannot replace clinical examination by a qualified professional

5. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Use of VitalModo does not create a doctor-patient relationship or any other healthcare professional relationship. Dr. Vital is not a medical professional and cannot provide professional medical advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VitalModo and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on information provided by Dr. Vital. This includes — without limitation — any harm resulting from delayed or foregone medical treatment.

You use the Service at your own risk. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
